There doesn't appear to be an ability to differentiate the HTML between separate language pages in the page editor.

Our team currently posts status messages in two languages, however, when copying the RSS link on the status page it provides: https://XYZ/history.rss regardless of the whether the user is on the primary language page or the English page.

Ideally we'd like to be able to have the English RSS feed have a link to https://XYZ/history.rss?lang=en instead, to ensure English users are receiving English updates.
