Is it possible to open for a new type of recurring event that happens X days after Microsoft patch Tuesday?

With the current options we can't setup our scheduled patching without failure 3-4 times a year. We patch second Thursday of the month, and in October the second MS patch Tuesday happens before the second Thursday of the month.
